The Workflow

  1. Export Marketo program performance

    Pull program-level performance from the Marketo API or Email Insights — open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates, and progression through each stream over the past 90 days.

  2. Pull Salesforce pipeline influence data

    Export campaign influence data from Salesforce — which Marketo programs are touching active opportunities and closed-won deals, and at what stages.

  3. Identify the architecture

    Map your current nurture architecture: which engagement programs are active, what the target segments are, and what the intended progression logic is.

  4. Run the nurture diagnostic
