The Workflow

  1. Pull pipeline data from Salesforce

    Export this week's pipeline created, MQL volume, SAO rate, and stage-by-stage conversion rates. Include target vs. actual for each metric.

  2. Pull web analytics from GA4

    Export channel-level session data, conversion rates by source, and any goal completions relevant to pipeline generation.

  3. Pull paid media performance

    Export spend, CPL, and volume by channel from Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Include week-over-week trend for each platform.

  4. Run the executive summary prompt
