Demand capture is the half of demand gen that most B2B teams chronically underfund. They spend budget creating awareness while letting high-intent traffic convert at mediocre rates because the landing pages are weak, the targeting is too broad, or the content doesn't match what buyers are actually searching for. This stack fixes that: pull your highest-intent search queries from Search Console and GA4, layer in third-party intent signal data, and run everything through Claude to get a prioritized plan for what to build, improve, and promote to capture the demand that's already looking for you.

The Workflow

  1. Export top queries from Google Search Console

    Pull your top 100 queries by impressions for the last 90 days. Filter to queries with position 3–15 — these are where small improvements compound fastest. Include CTR and average position.

  2. Pull GA4 landing page conversion data

    Export conversion rate, bounce rate, and session duration for the pages those queries are landing on. The gap between query volume and conversion rate is your opportunity.

  3. Layer in intent data signals

    If you have Bombora or 6sense, pull topic surge data for your core solution categories. Add it to the dataset so Claude can cross-reference search intent with third-party demand signals.

  4. Run through the Pipeline Gap Analysis prompt

    Paste all three data sources with demand capture framing. Claude groups queries into intent clusters, ranks by pipeline opportunity, and recommends whether to optimize existing pages or create new content.

  5. Export the prioritized plan to Notion

    Claude's output becomes your demand capture sprint backlog — specific pages to rewrite, content gaps to fill, and intent clusters to run paid capture against. Export to Notion and assign owners.
