AI Stack for B2B Content Creation

ICP research + content performance data + keyword data → Claude → Draft content + distribution plan in Notion

Most B2B content is created from a brief, a gut feeling, and whatever worked last quarter. This stack replaces that with a systematic process grounded in data. Pull your ICP profile, your top-performing content by pipeline influence (not just traffic), and keyword context for the topic you're creating. Feed all three into Claude and get back a content brief and full draft structured around what's actually driving deals — not what ranks well in a vacuum. The distribution plan Claude generates tells you exactly which channels, formats, and audience segments to push it through.

The Prompt

This stack is built around the Sales Enablement Package Prompt. Here's the abbreviated version — the full prompt with all variables and usage notes is on its own page.

Claude Prompt — Abbreviated
You are a B2B content strategist building pipeline-influencing content.

Using the ICP profile, top-performing content analysis, and keyword context below,
generate a complete content brief and first draft for the specified content type.

The brief must include:
- Target ICP segment and their primary pain point this addresses
- Angle that differentiates from what already ranks
- Structural outline grounded in top-performer patterns

The draft must include:
- Headline optimized for the target keyword and ICP pain point
- Introduction that leads with the business problem, not the solution
- Body sections that map directly to the buyer journey stage

The Workflow

  1. Pull your ICP profile and define the content type

Document your ICP: target job title, company size, primary pain points, and the buying trigger this piece needs to address. Decide the content type — blog post, guide, landing page, or email sequence — before pulling performance data.

  2. Pull top-performing content by pipeline influence

Export your top 5 pieces of content ranked by pipeline influenced — not traffic or pageviews. Pull engagement data, keyword rankings, and time-on-page from GA4 and your CRM. This is the pattern data Claude uses to structure the draft.

  3. Export keyword data for your target topic

Pull search volume, current ranking position, and SERP intent for your target keyword. Google Search Console works. Ahrefs or Semrush gives you more context on what's already ranking and why.

  4. Paste ICP, performance data, and keyword context into the prompt

Give Claude all three inputs together. Claude generates a complete content brief plus a full first draft structured around your highest-performing content patterns and the keyword intent signal.

  5. Add proprietary data, then execute the distribution plan

Review in Notion and add anything Claude can't access — customer quotes, case study data, internal research, product screenshots. Then execute the distribution plan Claude generates: which channels, formats, and audience segments to push it through.
